• Do I need to provide any documents on check-in?
All guests are expected to provide a valid identity proof and address proof, i.e. Pan Card/Passport/Driving License/Ration card. A photocopy of this document will be taken at the reception counter before check-in with the counter signed by you. In case of online bookings, guests will have to provide a copy of the confirmation email on arrival.
• What is the Check-In check-out time?
Check-In/Check-Out time is 12.00 PM

• What is the room tariff for the hotel?
Room tariffs are variable on the basis of occupancy rates, group bookings and may be different.
• When do I need to make the payment?
Guests are expected to pay the entire amount for their stay before checking-in. All food/laundry bills should be cleared upon delivery.
• Do I need to pay taxes as well?
Guests are expected to pay 5% Luxury Tax & 7.416% Service Tax as per the goverment rules on the bill amount.

• What is the refund/cancellation policy of your hotel?
* Any changes / cancellation done within 72 hours of check in date will attract penalty for 1night rate + Tax.
* Any changes / cancellation done before 72 hours before check in date will not attract any penalty.
* No information about the cancelation will be charged for full stay.
* Booking processing charges of 5.00% will be levied on all the refunds in addition to Cancellation Charges if any.

• Is the room service available free of cost?
Yes, this service is provided without any extra costs. Cleaning of rooms and change of bedsheets /towels takes place on a daily basis. However, guests must either request room service via intercom or inform the reception on giving their keys while going out.
• Can I order food in the room?
Presently hotel is not offering food facility to the clients but Tea, Coffee or few snacks can be served in the room. You can dial the restaurant for ordering in your room from morning 07:00 AM to 00:00 AM.
• Do you have laundry service available at the hotel?
Yes, guests may request for laundry service in the room.
• Can I access wi-fi in my room?
Yes. You can purchase a wi-fi coupon from the hotel’s reception counter according to your required time limit.
• How long in advance do I need to book Airport/ Railway Station pickup/drop ?
Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance via telephone/email for your Airport/ Railway Station pickup-drop service. This service will be charged on your overall bill amount.
